I was inspired to post this picture after diving today for the first time in nearly a year. It was good to be underwater since it was a rainy day topside. Hopefully, I will get back in to diving on a more regular basis and also back into underwater photography.

I was shocked to see lionfish for the first time! Lionfish previously were limited to the Pacific and Indian Oceans but in recent years have begun making an appearance in the Atlantic. They are beautiful but highly poisonous. I counted five of them between the two dives that I did today!
